The Evolution of Lawrence Rose: From Residential Rentals to Commercial Development Powerhouse
Lawrence Rose was founded by Joshua Seymour. In 2019, Joshua joined together with fellow business partners to become a member of Gulf Prime Development. After having some success in commercial real estate, Joshua started his own company, Lawrence Rose, LLC in 2020. The company started out as a residential real estate business, providing quality rental homes to its tenants. In January of 2024, Joshua decided shifting the direction of Lawrence Rose towards commercial real estate and development after partnering with The Foundation Group. Charles Taylor, owner of The Foundation Group, agreed to represent Lawrence Rose as the company's brokerage agent for all commercial development.
